Dangerous have recently announced the creation of a new position, Head of Production. The role will oversee the day-to-day running of all productions.
Filling the position is Parule Basu-Barua who joined the team in September. She has international experience at SVP level across two of the world’s leading media companies, BBC and Discovery Communications, and has 20 years of experience running successful departments within media and new media.
Parule moved to the US in 1997 and was initially responsible for all operational elements for the launch of BBC America, the BBC’s Entertainment Digital Cable Channel in the USA. She went on to head up Business Development and New Media for BBC America developing its brand and offering across multi media platforms including bbcamerica.com and BBC America On Demand.
